- Click on the link above and Save the TeamViewerQS.exe file.
- Once you have downloaded the file, run it.
- If you are on Windows Vista or Windows 7, the file will be in your Downloads directory by default.
- If you are on Windows XP, the file will be on your desktop by default.
- If you are using the Mozilla Firefox browser, you can click on the Tools menu, then select Downloads. You'll bring up your download list. Then you can right-click on the TeamViewerQS.exe entry and run the file from there.
- If you're anticipating multiple sessions of work, we recommend you copy the TeamViewerQS.exe file to your desktop before running it.
- The client will take a minute to start up. Please click Accept on the notice that comes up.
- In a moment it will connect and obtain a User ID.
- Once the client has the User ID, please give this information to your Publish or Perish technician.
- When you and your technician have completed your support call, please close the client.
