Publish or Perish grew from decidedly non-royal roots in desktop publishing, eventually branching out into networking and troubleshooting in the era when Novell was king. A chance meeting at a tradeshow brought Publish or Perish and GoldMine together. It was a natural fit, given that GoldMine had originally been designed to run as a shared application under Novell Netware. The rest is history.
